Cold places

Being gloomy stirs up serious wanderlust in me.  If I go missing, you might want to check:

Some random barn in New England (although if this were the case, P. would probably not be with me, as he is very, very anti-New England).  Besides a short trip to New York that one time, what feels like a very long time ago, I have spent no time east of Texas.  I want to visit.  I even want to visit in the harsh, horrible winter (as P. describes it).

Or perhaps I’ll try and wrangle my way into a stay at Urnatur, a Swedish eco-resort that is apparently owned by some distant Swedish relatives.

They use strange looking rabbits, velvet couches, and moss covered tree houses in their advertising.  These people must be related to me.

Southern Argentina, Iceland, and Russia are also of interest.  It seems that I’m looking to go somewhere cold.
