Breakfast mush

I ran out of my gluten free english muffins a few days ago, so I’ve taken to eating mushed up bananas for breakfast.  It’s actually pretty tasty, with a tablespoon or so of almond butter, a splash of vanilla, and a scoop of flax seed powder.

Mushy and gross looking, but tasty!  Plus, it keeps me full for hours which is tricky to do these days.
