Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m on pumpkin and cranberry sauce again this Thanksgiving.  Last year I made a bourbon pumpkin cheesecake.  I loved it, but I’m not doing so much dairy this year, so instead I’m making a pumpkin bread pudding, only I made it gluten-free and I’m using coconut milk/creamer

I made the pumpkin bread already so it would have a chance to get a bit stale.  I think I’m also going to make a whiskey maple cream sauce for the top, but that remains to be seen.  I’ll let y’all know how it turns out.

I also just found out that I won $60 worth of free yogurt from Stonyfield Farms and Lil’veggiepatch!  I eat a lot of yogurt so I’m pretty excited!  Thanks!
