Workout Wednesday

Checking in with workout info for the week…

2/2-2/7
2/2 – 2 mile run + arms + legs
2/3 – 3.5 mile run + abs
2/4 – Zumba
2/5 – Walk 5 miles + abs
2/6 – 5 mile run
2/7 – Bosu + TRX Strengthening classes

Here’s how I did last week:
1/26- 2 miles treadmill, 30 min elliptical, abs (yup)
1/27- 30 min elliptical, arms (35 min elliptical + arms)
1/28- off (in SF)  (Walked a lot but no real exercise for the sake of exercise.)
1/29- 3 mile easy run, abs (Walked 4 miles with dog)
1/30-5k (yup!)
1/31-Bikram (No-went to gym instead and did abs and elliptical for 30 min)
2/1- 3.5 miles treadmill (No-2.25 miles on treadmill and then 30 minutes of power yoga)
