Workout Wednesday

So I’m back with my weekly workout plan.  We are running another race on Saturday, so if things are going like they have been, it will rain on Saturday.

2/9-2/15
2/9 – Run 4.5 miles, walk 6 miles.
2/10 – 3.5 mile run + arms
2/11 – Zumba
2/12– 4 mile run
2/13 – 5 mile run
2/14 – TRX and Yoga classes
2/15 – 4 mile run
I did not have the greatest working out week last week.  I did run a decent amount, but I took a lot of rest days too.  I’m really trying to do something at least six days a week.

2/2-2/7
2/2 – 2 mile run + arms + legs (No running-Did the Shred DVD)
2/3 – 3.5 mile run + abs (abs + 4 mile run)
2/4 – Zumba  (Zumba + we went dancing for like 3 hours on Friday night).
2/5 – Walk 5 miles + abs (I needed a rest day…Did nothing).
2/6 – 5 mile run (yup!)
2/7 – Bosu + TRX Strengthening classes (Again did nothing…lame).

And a random picture of the wild rice and tuna I ate for lunch.
