BodyRock “If You Really Want More Workout”
I just finished another BodyRock workout, and while I don’t think it was near as killer as the last one I did, it’s a fun, quick workout and doesn’t require any equipment (I stuck both of my hand weights in a canvas bag and used them as my sandbag). I did find this online interval timer really helpful.
Here are my times, if you want to try and crush them…
Part 1: 6:03 (I was super confused by the steps so this took me forever)
Part 2: 7/8/8/8/9/6/8/7/7
Part 3: 5:48 (Again, sort of confusing)

Progress: I’ve done the Bodyrock workouts everyday but 1 since Mar. 29. I’ve already lost 3 lbs. and 1.5 inches from my gut. Thanks again.
